In order to thoroughly implement the theme work requirements of "Everyone talks about safety, everyone knows how to respond to emergencies - finding safety hazards around us" for the National Safety Production Month in June 2025, and further enhance the fire safety awareness and emergency response capabilities of company employees, on June 19, 2025, the park property joint company successfully held the 2025 fire emergency evacuation drill, inviting leaders from Guohong Technology, Hengli Village Committee, and representatives of park enterprises to observe on site.
In the early stage of the drill, the company attached great importance to it and had close communication and coordination with the park property management to develop a detailed and meticulous drill plan. To ensure the safe and orderly conduct of the drill, the company organized a mobilization meeting in advance, clearly assigned tasks to the personnel participating in the drill, and explained in detail the drill steps, disciplinary requirements, and precautions, laying a solid foundation for the smooth progress of the drill.
At 4:30 pm on June 19th, the drill officially kicked off. With the sudden sound of the fire alarm, employees on each floor of the company quickly responded and evacuated in an orderly manner through the corresponding safety passages (stairs) to a safe outdoor area according to the pre planned evacuation instructions. During the evacuation process, the safety guidance personnel at each evacuation exit stick to their posts, conscientiously fulfill their safety guidance responsibilities, and ensure a smooth and orderly evacuation process. According to on-site calculations, the personnel inside the building successfully evacuated to a safe outdoor area within 5 minutes, and the evacuation speed fully met the expected target, fully demonstrating the company's employees' quick response ability and teamwork spirit in emergency situations.
After the evacuation drill, the drill activity entered the stage of fire safety training and practical operation. The professional fire brigade captain of the park conducted systematic training on fire prevention, fire escape, emergency rescue, use of fire-fighting equipment and gas masks, and combined with the actual situation of the company's production site, analyzed the importance and key points of fire safety in a simple and understandable way, enabling everyone to have a deeper understanding and recognition of fire safety knowledge. At the same time, volunteer firefighters demonstrated the operation steps and correct usage methods of fire extinguishers on site, and organized employees to take turns carrying out actual operations to ensure that everyone can proficiently master firefighting skills.
The successful holding of this fire emergency evacuation drill not only tested the collaborative combat ability between the company and the park property in terms of fire safety, but also effectively improved the fire safety prevention awareness and evacuation and self rescue ability of the company's employees, effectively enhanced their ability to extinguish primary fires, and further consolidated the enterprise's ability to prevent production safety risks.
Through this drill, all employees of the company deeply realized that fire safety is no trivial matter, and safety responsibility is heavier than Mount Tai. In the future, the company will continue to adhere to the safety production policy of "safety first, prevention oriented, people-oriented, full staff responsibility, fire hazards, and continuous improvement", and make every effort to do a good job in fire safety work to safeguard the high-quality development of the company.
